Draft launch materials for the Interstice nonprofit concept.

Working draftUpdated May 5, 2026Founder/advisor review required

These pages turn the early Interstice plan into usable launch materials: partner copy, board recruiting, pilot design, intake templates, donor language, grant targets, and the meal-prep compliance path.

Everything here is a working draft. Legal filings, youth safety policies, food service operations, labor rules, insurance, and fundraising claims need review by the founder and qualified advisors before use.

Working stance

Interstice should lead with discipline and care at the same time. The public story can be strong, but the operating model needs to be careful: trauma-informed youth work, veteran mentorship boundaries, food safety, labor rules, and clean nonprofit governance.

The strongest near-term move is a small pilot with clear safety rules and honest outcome tracking. Do not overbuild the meal-prep social enterprise before the youth program, board, insurance, and kitchen compliance path are stable.
